We are a family owned and operated company. All cakes purchased from Exquisite are made by our family from old family recipes.
We bake 10 inch cheesecakes and 4 inch personal size cheesecakes and a variety of shapes that are not yet listed on our website, and if you have a special request just call and let us work with you.

Our cakes don't come off an assembly line, these cakes are hand made by Chef Robert, so we are
limited to a relatively small number of cakes per month. What you see is what you recieve. Unlike other baking companys these cakes are 2 to 3 times the weight and the fruit is on top of the cake as well as in it.
